Presidential Standings:

Position on Disability Rights

Delaney truly has two different views about People with Disabilities. First, he strongly believes that America should take care of its disabled veterans when they are unable to cope with their struggles as well as other groups. Second, Delaney verbally supports the inclusion of Deaf, DeafBlind, Hard-of-Hearing, and other people with disabilities for inclusivity as well as the potential for full employment yet it has not been validated. The only apparent validation shows that Congressman Delaney visited the Maryland School for the Deaf for a tour. (see source: MSD)

Position on Women’s Rights:

Coupled with the Women’s Rights, Delaney strongly pointed out that he truly believe every woman is their person to make decisions as how he is pro-choice. As a congressman, he frequently voted to continue budget appropriations for organizations such as Planned Parenthood.
