Jade Bryan's 9/11 Documentary on Amazon Prime

People old enough to remember September 11, 2001, all remember where they were, what they were doing, and anybody they knew that was involved in the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center, Pentagon and the plane intended for the White House.  That day will never be erased from American History and Jade Bryan made an award winning documentary about the day that continues to haunt Americans  to this day, nearly 17 years later. Her documentary, 9/11 Fear in Silence: The Forgotten Underdogs was released in 2006, a mere five years later.

9/11 is one of those days that broke America from its united front. Americans that week, everybody's lives were put on hold. Us as Americans froze and thought that we would be going into World War III. It is one of those events that has forever changed the perception of Americans because just like Pearl Harbor, our strength as a country was tested and this time, did Americans pass or did they fail? Jade Films presented this documentary with a powerful focus, the community. How much was the community included in the process of 9/11 or were people excluded to the point where they were in the dark?

9/11 Fear in Silence is a compelling documentary about deaf people who were the first citizens to become shut out from outside communication and ‘left in the dark,’ and the last to receive access to critical information, or be delivered from danger on Sept 11, 2001 on Amazon Prime!‬
